misty hills is located a few kilometres out of nuwara eliya, this however is not a problem as a tuk tuk and driver is available to take you where ever you want to go. the cottage is selfcontained with no detail omitted. the decor is beautiful and stylish, with outstanding views of the surrounding mountains and contiinuous tea plantations. the owner dammika is a graceful and considerate host, who takes guest house accommodation to a 5 star experience. his thoughtful staff are always on hand to help make your stay truly memorable. my partener and i were recommended to the misty hills through the previous guest house owner, where we stayed in kandy. be sure to stay there to- "the orchard" www.theorchardkandy.com - as well.
the cottage has four bedrooms, so is not only ideal for couples but excellent value families or small groups.
